“Lucy, our little firecracker, born on the Fourth of July, died on New Year’s Eve morning. She was 11-1/2 years old. She had a big heart and loved everyone she ever met but of course she loved her Dads the most. Her heart, however, born with a defect, gave out and she slipped away in our arms.”
